DHYAANA :

The experiences of the writer in his personal life in course of his sadhana are quoted and the intension of reducing them into writing is to encourage the aspirant to depend on his own strength, to pull out his own energy and pursue the matter in a befitting way so that he may succeed in his endeavour.

It is advised the aspirant should focus his mind and all the vital energy only on his heart, the seat of the self.

It is advisable the aspirant should maintain a diary wherein he pens down each time how he feels in course of dhyaana. This will help him to understand when he is able to do successfully and comfortably and the occasions he feels discomfort and failure.

The aspirant should undergo this discipline of effort and struggle for improvement and success. Listening to other suggestions or depending on somebody's advice will not help him practically to overcome the situation.

Procrastination is not desirable for the aspirant. The resolute mind to start meditation then and there shows the heroic attitude of the aspirant. NO MOMENT IS MORE SACRED OR AUSPICIOUS FOR SPIRITUAL EXERCISE THAN THE SINCERE DECISION.

Without disturbing or altering the essence, purity and the efficacy of the content some of the experiences of the writer noted in his diary are explained in the book and a few drawings are provided picturizing the experiences. Suitable explanation is also provided then and there, which is rational, logical and scientific.

Effective and dynamic meditation takes place in the most natural way depending on the preparedness of the individual and his nature.

What happens is not unnatural for the reason that the blissful illumination is the attribute of the vital energy energizing this physical body to move. It shows the aspirant has succeeded in piercing through the deha (body). This deha is covered by over 720 millions of nerves in the body frame and 125 billions of blood cells wherein the resplendent energy particles of vital energy are functioning. Naturally, when the aspirant through concentration, effort and renunciation delinks himself from the deha the next layer, vital energy invites him embraces him and drenches him in the cool, pure and white shower like illumination. The aspirant does mark the positive success in the initial stage.

HIS PERSONALITY CANNOT RECEIVE ANY CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS FOR THIS MEDITATION. SUCH IS THE INDEPENDENT PERSONALITY ENSURING STRENGTH OF WILL AND EFFORT.

After the first experience the personality is entirely changed. He is in buoyant spirit, cheerful and active in all his activities. The first symptoms of effective yoga are losing excess weight in body, keeping good health, handsome body-complexion and a pleasant voice and odour together with non-coveted nature. The aspirant also finds scantiness of excretion i.e., urine and faeces.
