The book is divided in general into the following parts.

1. General philosophy of human desire, action, experience of misery and the search for relief.

2. The Sankhya school of philosophy explaining the twenty five categories of the cosmic process of evolution of the Matter under the influence of the spirit, into the gross solidified physical existence.

3. The philosophy of Saivism- showing how the Supreme Soul and the Spirit being -impersonal, eternal, all pervasive, unborn, undecaying, without divisions and parts, pure and auspicious, serene and untainted, profound peace, splendour and wonder deserving the best of glory, free from comment, far away from the form and parts, the cause of all causes, unknowable but can be mentally reflected on the Self and which is the inner controller ------ IS for the purpose of worship and satiation of human desire personified and anthropomorphized and brought into the names and forms with human attributes of love, grace, reward and punishment, anger and dislike. Thus are born Gods and the angels, devils and Satan, Heavens and Hells, various religions. We are aware of the man made human misery under this background in the past thousands of years.

The book provides the most intelligent concepts and mental creations in this regard bringing the impersonal and inexpressible Truth into limitations of human mind for the purpose of worship. The chapters are self explanatory and highly exciting and appreciative to go through the details.

The fourth part of the book deals with the Vedanta explaining the transcendental Truth becoming immanent and entering the matter and stirring it to evolve into manifold forms, modes of beings and becomings, forming the entire world moment.

THE FIFTH PART DEALS WITH THE VERIFICATION OF THE ETERNAL SELF BY DIRECT ENQUIRY THROUGH VARIOUS METHODS -NAMELY -THE VERIFICATION OF THE SELF, THE VERIFICATION THROUGH "I" AND THROUGH THE LANGUAGE and comes to a close by offering salutations to the Self in the form of "I".

The book provides scientific details of the main constituents of the man namely the matter, the life force and the Self. The three fold body of man i.e. the matter and the combinations of the five elements are scientifically presented. The five fold functioning of the life force in the body of man in harmony with their counterparts in the outside world are carefully presented.

Continuity of life after death, the process of death and existence of other worlds for the Soul to migrate, the bondage and the liberation of the Soul and the world creation are carefully dealt with for intelligent reading. The mind is the only instrument to detect and apprehend anything in the outside world or within, the inner world or the Supreme, far behind both are carefully presented under the support of Vedanta.

Part-II

In the second part the book deals with the practical aspect of the process of human effort for self-realisation. The different ways of glorifying the Lord Rudra and the prayer for grant of the human desires of more than 350 items present an extraordinary prayer.

THIS IS SELF-EXPLANATORY AND IT PRESENTS VIVIDLY THE PERSONAL EXPERIENCES OF THE AUTHOR.
